Microsoft Would Put Poor Online by Cellphone - New York Times

Interesting that Microsoft would want to put a keyboard and video on a cell phone. This is an OS platform that they do not currently dominate. Perhaps they want to break into this market? In any case, I had proposed a 'dockable cell phone' about a year ago. The interesting part is when providers like Sprint and Airtel use the captive access on 3G to also provide QoS on their own backbones-E2E QoS redux!
