Sub-Rs 10,000 computing device by Qualcomm
This is a very interesting, but inevitable, lateral move, where a strong mobile phone player is entering the PC market. Its not clear what OS the devices will run, or how open they will be, though. Will they be locked to a particular provider? Time will tell.
