An interesting interview with Kentaro Toyama of MSR, Bangalore. He answers the question of why MS is interested in India in the first place. The one comment that took me by (pleasant) surprise was his observation that there seems to be a cultural bias among Indian researchers to work on projects having to do with rural development. I do hope this is true!
