AFP: India adds record 15.41 mobile million users in JanuaryWow! When I was a kid, we had to wait 7 years to get a phone and the total number of phone lines in the country was, I think, around 10 million. Now, 50% more were added in a single month. The effects on individual productivity are sure to follow, and something I experienced myself last month, when I got an SMS from cab companies not only to tell me where a cab was waiting, but to also do a survey of how my ride went!
