The goal of the Solace project is to create a global suite of location-specific solutions that encompass both technical and non-technical aspects. Our vision is to crowd-source solutions using challenge-style competitions run around the world. Our first step is to create a template for such a competition and pilot it in Cambridge, then use this to refine the template, share it openly, so that similar competitions can be run elsewhere.
